This is CRAZY.
A $100B+ company just found our client through AI search and became a paying customer.
It was 1 of 4 enterprise deals they closed last week from AI search alone.
We started working with this client 3 months ago.
Here’s what we did (so far):
1. Mapped the entire search market
We mapped 1,152 buyer-focused topics.
Then we analysed:
- 1,200+ Google searches
- 10,000+ search results
- 18,000+ AI citations
Researching exactly what buyers are searching, who’s winning and what sources AI platforms are relying on.
2. Built proper Google + AI tracking
We created an AI visibility baseline across their most important prompts and a tracker to measure their visibility over time.
We also mapped their existing content against the searches each page should actually own.
So we know where they’re gaining or losing visibility.
3. Reverse-engineered what was already working
We tore apart the companies beating them across Google Search and AI answers.
- What pages are ranking?
- What sources are AI platforms citing?
- What content formats keep appearing?
- Where were competitors winning?
One competitor teardown alone gave us 6 new content pieces to add to the roadmap.
4. Fixed the foundations
There was still plenty of boring SEO work to do.
Overlapping pages, 404s, missing H1s, canonical issues, internal linking structure and technical problems across important commercial pages.
5. Started creating content for buyers
Not just generic blog posts.
- Comparison pages
- Alternatives
- Pricing revamp
- Integrations
- Migration content
- Commercial landing pages
- Customer pain-point content
Now the early numbers are starting to compound:
- AI visibility is now at 47%
- Owned citations up to 1,755
- Non-branded AI rank moved to #14
- Clicks are up 22% just in the last 28 days
- Enterprise leads from landing pages are up 29%
And we’re seeing real customers discover the company through AI search.
We’re only in month 3.
This is what modern SEO looks like:
Not choosing between Google or AI.
But making sure your company gets found and recommended wherever your buyers are searching.

the architect builds a glowing beacon that summons the whale to drop a massive treasure chest
- Row 1: The tiny architect stands on a platform holding a glowing holographic map while a dark, massive sky-whale drifts sleepily in the distant background.
- Row 2: The architect rapidly stacks three neon-blue data blocks, causing a bright beam of light to shoot upward as the whale opens its eyes and begins a slow, powerful turn.
- Row 3: The architect jumps and waves their arms in triumph as the whale swims directly overhead, bathing the scene in a brilliant golden light.
- Row 4: The architect catches a large gold coin dropped by the whale and resets the holographic map as the whale fades back into the shadows.
