The service

8gifs turns your photos, tweets, profiles and ideas into pixel-art GIFs using AI. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability, output quality, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Your account

• Sign in with X or Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You get one free welcome GIF on signup. Reaction packs may require payment once paid tiers launch; what is free and what is paid can change.

Your content

• Keep the rights to whatever you submit. Do not upload images of people who have not consented, copyrighted material you do not have rights to, or anything illegal.
• Exported GIFs are public: they appear in the gallery and on your public profile. You keep ownership of your generated content; you grant us the right to host and display it.
• You can delete your GIFs at any time.

Acceptable use

• No abuse of the generation pipeline: no scripted hammering, automated bulk runs, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
• No content that is hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or otherwise unlawful.
• We may rate-limit, suspend or remove content/accounts that break these rules.

Payments

Paid features (such as reaction packs) are non-refundable once generation has started, unless required otherwise by law. Prices and availability may change.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8gifs and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

These terms may change; material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
