A snappy three-hit kick combo: wind-up, straight kick with full extension, spinning second kick, landing hard into a guard stance. Arcade-fighter choreography.
- Row 1: The woman pulls back into a low, coiled wind-up, shifting her weight to her rear leg with arms held in a sharp defensive posture.
- Row 2: She snaps her leg forward into a straight kick at chest height, her body leaning back for balance as a pixelated speed trail follows her foot.
- Row 3: She whips into a 360-degree spinning roundhouse kick, her light grey blazer flaring out as she strikes a high arc at head height.
- Row 4: She lands heavily in a wide-legged guard stance, arms raised and knees bent, resetting her center of gravity to transition back to the wind-up.
