A stern man resembling Joseph Stalin with a thick dark handlebar mustache and slicked-back gray hair stands stoically in a sterile, modern office environment characterized by white cubicles, gray carpeting, and closed horizontal blinds. He is dressed in a crisp olive-drab military tunic with gold buttons and red shoulder boards, his navy trousers tucked into polished black boots. In a satirical loop, he stands at a workstation where glowing green RAM modules are piled high like bars of gold bullion, and he rhythmically presses a heavy bureaucratic stamp onto a stack of requisition forms. The background features a digital ticker showing a "681%" price increase alongside the word "BANANAS," while the overhead office lights flicker slightly. The pixel art uses a restricted palette of olive green, crimson red, navy blue, and various industrial grays to evoke a mood of absurd, authoritarian control over modern technology.

A rhythmic, exaggerated bureaucratic stamping cycle with high-impact squash and stretch.
- Row 1: Stands perfectly rigid with a blank stare, right arm holding a heavy wooden stamp poised inches above the paper stack.
- Row 2: Draws his arm back sharply and inhales, chest expanding and shoulder boards lifting as the stamp is raised to head height.
- Row 3: Slams the stamp down with a forceful smash, body squashing downward as a crimson 'APPROVED' symbol briefly flashes on the form.
- Row 4: Resets to a tall, stoic posture while his left hand briskly slides the top sheet of paper off the pile to reveal a fresh form.
